    Art numérique x espaces publics

    L’art numérique réinvente les rituels du quotidien et remet le public au cœur de l’expérience urbaine. Les murs et les pavés ont des super-pouvoirs. Danser est permis. Nous savons chanter. Jouer, c’est manifester. La ville est un terrain de jeu, un musée, un théâtre. Nous apprenons en marchant. Marcher, il le faut, et c’est bien meilleur à plusieurs. Le futur appartient à la collaboration. La collaboration est présente dans le processus et le résultat de chaque projet. Nous nous réjouissons de l’éclectisme des disciplines qui se réunissent. La ville est notre espace pour apprendre à vivre ensemble. Aux possibles!

    Digital Arts x Public Spaces

    Digital arts are reinventing our everyday rituals and bringing back the public in public spaces. Walls and pavement have super powers. We can dance. We can sing. Playing is protesting. The city is a playground, a museum, a theatre. We learn through walking. Walking we must, and we must do so together. The future is collaboration. Collaboration happens in the process and the outcome of every project. The more eclectic disciplines come together, the merrier. The city is where we learn how to live together. To the possibilities!

    Melissa Mongiat est cofondatrice avec Mouna Andraos de Daily tous les jours (Dtlj), un studio œuvrant dans les domaines du design d’interaction, des arts numériques et des environnements narratifs. Dtlj explore de nouvelles façons d’interagir et de raconter des histoires au sein des espaces publics. Les projets sont des expériences collectives de grande échelle qui ré-enchantent les villes, stimulent les échanges entre les passants et invitent à explorer de nouveaux possibles par des actions concertées. Le studio est reconnu internationalement, et a notamment remporté le prix Best in Show aux Interaction Awards, le grand prix du Shenzhen Design Award de l’UNESCO, le Knight Cities Challenge Global Innovators Prize et, tout récemment, un Fast Company Innovation by Design Award.

    Melissa Mongiat is co-founder with Mouna Andraos of Daily tous les jours (Dtlj), a studio working in the fields of interaction design, digital arts, and narrative environments. Dtlj explores new ways to interact and tell stories in public spaces. Projects are large-scale collective experiences that re-enchant cities and stimulate playful encounters between passing crowds. Ultimately, they ignite in people a sense of what is possible when they get together. Dtlj has won numerous international recognitions including Best in Show at the Interaction Awards, the Grand Prize at the UNESCO Shenzhen Design Awards, the Knights Cities Challenge Global Innovators Prize, and just recently, a Fast Company Innovation by Design Award.
